The Resurrection Games
(Fall 2020-Winter 2023)
Resurrection is a series of Table Top Role-Playing Games (TTRPG) created and designed by myself and collaborator Matthew Miles starting in 2020 and continuing to the present. Each game varies in style, setting, and format. We use a "homebrew" system--the character sheets and rules are of our own creation, not utilizing an existing RPG system. Our games are also highly-planned and involve a high degree of prep and design work.

Once per year, in the halls of Camelot, the monsters of the world gather to discuss all things magical and monstrous. But this year something has gone wrong and the monsters are turning human! In an inversion of the classic murder mystery party, can your party—a vampire, a fae, a siren, a witch, and a garden gnome—find out what is bringing these monsters back to life?

Resurrection is just another film noir detective story, if your regular gritty detective agency featured a cast of supernatural and monsterly creatures. The jazz singer at the bar is a fallen Muse, the housewife with a tragic past has a demon inside her--or four, to be exact--and the vigilante out for justice used to be a 14th century knight. When Hector Kane--the hardboiled detective with a dark side--unites them together, what dark secrets will they unearth--and will they be too late?
