Fantasy Style Cloak

I wanted to make sure this cloak was well equipped to be worn outside, so I used a heavy fleece for warmth and hemmed it with bias tape to prevent picking up leaves and debris as you walked.

I tend to make a lot of costumes that are reversible, since a lot of my work is for organizations that try to reuse costumes for different uses over the years, and this allows them to be more versatile and useful.
gold lining, or gold with a black lining. Both sides of the cloak have a button closure, making it easy to wear either side out.
I wore this cloak at Otherworld in 2018 with the black side out. It was then used the following year for another character (seen at right), who wore the cloak in gold.
